Grass_Vector_TopologyManagementService - This service could be used to create, change or repair the topology of vector data.
Operations:
build_polylines - Builds polylines from the lines or boundaries in a vector map. build_topology - Creates topology for GRASS vector data. clean_topology - Allows the user to automatically fix vector topology.
