Grass_Vector_FeatureExtractionService - This service could be used to vector features from a vector map.
Operations:
extract_feature - Allows a user to extract vector objects from an existing vector map and creates a new map containing only the selected objects. select_feature - Allows the user to select features from a vector by features from another one.
